When you connect Google Business Profile (or related Google APIs), KudoDesk may access business profile information and review-related data needed to help you manage reputation workflows — for example, reading reviews and supporting reply workflows where authorised.
Exact scopes will be requested at connection time and limited to what the product needs.
Google user data obtained via Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the KudoDesk interface.
We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.

Human access to Google user data is limited to cases such as user-consented support, security/investigation needs, or where required for legal compliance — consistent with Google’s Limited Use rules.
